If you clean houses, chances are they had to clean solid surface countertops made of DuPont (TM) Corian ®. Your customers have invested a lot of money in their tops, so be sure to clean them according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Here are some tips for the care and cleaning, Corian countertops:
The most important thing to remember, in the purification of Corian, is to dry the surface after cleaning. If you let it dry in the air, aCan build on the film surface. This film will leave at the end of the counter looking dull or stained. Clean with cleaner water, soap or specifically for solid-surface Corian surfaces. Never use glass cleaner, as a film that gets boring at some point to leave the surface. If there are hard water stains, use a detergent that is formulated to remove hard water, such as the CLR. To remove small scratches, a small amount of liquid mild abrasive such as Soft Scrub on a damp sponge. Rub the scratched areas with circular movements, then from front to back and then from side to side. Thoroughly with water and then dry. If thisdoes not remove the scratches, then it might be because they are too deep. You may need a professional refinisher to remove deep scratches call. Avoid using harsh chemicals or Corian surfaces. If you spill chemicals on the surface, rinse with water and dry thoroughly.
